- Physical Education Today
Physical Education
is an important and unique part of the daily instructional program. Physical Education contributes to the
development of fitness, motor skills, social skills, health and brain
development. Students in Physical
Education will perform a variety of physical activities; demonstrate physical
fitness knowledge to understand how to live a healthy and active lifestyle in
today’s society.
I follow the diocesan
curriculum. These are the areas we
will cover in P.E. throughout the year.
